Initial Transcript Request
It is considered an initial transcript request if it is the first time requesting a transcript for a particular college. If the request is made in the fall it reflects a student’s grades from 9th-11th grade and if it made in the spring it reflects a student’s grades from 9th-11th grade, plus the first semester of their senior year.
Request Process: Request your initial transcript via Xello. Click here for detailed directions about the request process.
Mid-Year Transcript Request
Reflects a student’s grades 9th-11th grade plus the first semester of their senior year.
This is automatically sent for all students who have already requested their initial transcript for Common Application Schools.
Final Transcript Request
Reflects all of a student’s grades 9-12 and will be available a few weeks after graduation.
Request Process: Fill out the Final Transcript Request google form that will be made available to students in May. This is required to ensure your transcript is requested properly.
Deadline: May 29, 2025
Extenuating Circumstances
(Common App)
When a college or university that usually does not request initial transcripts needs to verify self-reported information.
Request Process: Email Ms. Lamar (jlamar@sandi.net)
Admission Appeals for Common App Colleges
This is when a student submits their transcript after being denied admission by a college or university, and they want to appeal the decision.
Request Process: Email Ms. Janay Lamar (jlamar@sandi.net)
Waitlisted
Applicant has all the necessary qualifications and has been fully reviewed by an admissions counselor, but a letter of acceptance cannot be offered at the moment
Request Process: Request via Xello AND on the Final Transcript Request google form at the end of the year, even if you have not received a letter of acceptance yet into that particular college/university. This will prevent a delay of submission in case counselors/registrars are on summer break.

Initial Transcript Request

*UC and CSU colleges DO NOT want an initial transcript. If one is requested by the college, see the registrar Ms. Janay Lamar.

NCAA / NAIA

If you plan to play sports in college, you will need to send your transcripts to the NCAA and/or NAIA to verify your academic eligibility to participate.
